Wood is a natural, renewable resource. It is a perfect construction material with inimitable values like heating savings and natural environment regulation. Wooden buildings create a pleasant, favourable atmosphere and make the houses extremely safe and comfortable.
Houses constructed with wooden-frame technology are characterised by high durability, which guarantees over 100 years of their use. High durability is owed to the contemporary technologies of obtaining, processing and protecting wood against pests and diseases. Our wood is meticulously prepared: dried in our own kiln driers until it reaches a moisture level of 14-18 % and then planned on four sides, thanks to which it has higher fire and moisture resistance. That king of material does not need impregnating.
In the process of preparing wooden elements, the only exceptions are the ground sills, pre-treated by ecological salt products, wooden roof elements, battens and counter-battens pre-treated to acquire non-flammable features.
Light wooden-frame constructions are made of materials of high resistance and small in diameter. This technology can be used in detached houses, row houses and residential buildings with a maximum of three storeys.
The walls of wooden houses are prefabricated and have wooden-frame construction. The space between contruction elements is packed with mineral wool, which quarantees also an acoustic isolation. Secured with wind insulation outer walls are covered with OSB panel. The facade is made of profiled boards protected against diseases and pests and painted in the colour chosen by the investor. Optionally, it is possible to choose dry plaster, which is mounted on foamed polystyrene. From inside, the walls are covered with chipboard, vapour insulating foil and finished with plaster board.
Inner walls are similar but thinner, also packed with mineral wool. They are covered with plaster board from both sides. Walls in wet rooms ( such as kitchen and bathroom ) are covered with waterproof plaster board.
Wooden multi-finned ceilings are covered with plywood or chipboard from the top. The ceiling has 100 mm mineral wool insulation. The bottom side is covered with insulating foil and wainscot or plaster board mounted on wooden battens.
Roofs and ceilings are also prefabricated. The space between the raffters is packed with mineral wool. Roof constructions are protected against moisture with insulating foil at the bottom and insulating windproof roof membrane at the top. Concrete roof tiles are mostly chosen by investors.
