Production Details

Our company (‘Heban - wooden houses’) specializes in building wooden houses according to the houseframing technology based on the design supplied by the investor. We do not have our own designs. The investor chooses the design and, ultimately, buys it and we are concerned with carrying the process to fruition.

We provide a 36-month guarantee for building works.
We are not responsible for any changes done to the building by the investor which were not outlined in the contract.
We give a 15-year guarantee for the overall construction of the building.
The contract between the investor and the producer is the only act which guarantees the quality of and responsibility for the work carried out.

Both the first and second versions do not include masonry and house foundations. However, the third version includes all of the work done in the first two with masonry, house foundations and electrical installations set up in the walls. Yet, the third version has to be finalized through a meeting with the customer dealing not only with the range of work carried out but also with the required building materials employed.
