Does your company build houses based on the designs supplied by customers?
     We do not have our own design office and, thus, rely solely on the designs supplied by our customers. We have adopted the following strategy: The customer chooses any design utilizing the house framing technology which, in turn, becomes the ‘blueprint’ for our work.

What are the development levels available?

We provide our products in 3 different versions:

• 1st Version- second fix with the assembly
• 2nd Version- Heban standard. All details are available under Construction Details
• Both the 1st and 2nd versions do not include masonry and house foundations
• 3rd Version- includes all of the work done in the first two with masonry, house foundations and electrical installations set up in the walls. Yet, the third version has to be finalized through a meeting with the customer dealing not only with the range of work carried out but also with the required building materials employed.

What are your proces?

Unfortunately, due to a limitless pool of possible house designs in the house framing method, it is very hard for us to provide our customers with ready quotations. We will provide you with an initial quote using just 1m2 of total living area in all versions of development.
